Kitchen Staff
Job Summary:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items according to our menu specifications. Your duties will include:
Preparing and cooking food items such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and other menu items.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen work area.
Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assisting with food preparation and plating.
Communicating effectively with the front-of-house staff.
Performing basic expo duties, such as plating and garnishing dishes.
Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Experience with Combination Ovens
Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

Production Assistant
Job Summary:
As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in the creation of our soon to be award-winning whiskey, as well as multiple other lines of alcohol. This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks, from assisting with the distilling process to ensuring the quality and presentation of our finished product.
Responsibilities:
Assist in various stages of the alcohol production process, including:
Preparing and sanitizing equipment
Monitoring fermentation and distillation processes
Bottling and labeling spirits
Packaging and preparing orders for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with inventory management and record-keeping
Adhere to all safety and quality control standards
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Interest in the spirits industry (a plus!)
