Wait Staff

Job Summary:
As a Wait Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests

  • Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately

  • Providing prompt and attentive service

  • Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

  • Following all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Bartender

Job Summary:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving exceptional cocktails, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Mixing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks

  • Providing expert recommendations on spirits, cocktails, and food pairings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender

Kitchen Staff

Job Summary:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items according to our menu specifications. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking food items such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and other menu items.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen work area.

  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Assisting with food preparation and plating.

  • Communicating effectively with the front-of-house staff.

  • Performing basic expo duties, such as plating and garnishing dishes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Experience with Combination Ovens

  • Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Production Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in the creation of our soon to be award-winning whiskey, as well as multiple other lines of alcohol. This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks, from assisting with the distilling process to ensuring the quality and presentation of our finished product.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various stages of the alcohol production process, including:

    • Preparing and sanitizing equipment

    • Monitoring fermentation and distillation processes

    • Bottling and labeling spirits

    • Packaging and preparing orders for shipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Assist with inventory management and record-keeping

  • Adhere to all safety and quality control standards

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects

  • Interest in the spirits industry (a plus!)
